The Founder | Mumbo Web Design

This is me, Kim Walling, the founder of Mumbo Web Design. Mother to three beautiful boys and residing in Newport on the Northern Beaches. Keen surfer and I love nothing more than being near the ocean.

I see myself as a talented web designer and have a real eye for design my experiences include the design, build and activation of over 40 websites.

My experience in other roles truly make me a valuable asset to any business from account management, marketing, running my own online apparel business to teaching Business Studies and Information Technology. Some tasks to mention included making sales, presenting to large audiences, creating online campaigns, producing DM material, coordinating advertising schedules and running online competitions. I have also worked as a graphic designer using Adobe CS software. Coordinating, implementing, managing, tracking and evaluating projects and managing promotional activities including designing and delivering print, web, merchandise, apparel, and signage.

Working autonomously and identifying weaknesses, I have added and implemented innovative marketing ideas to aid sales processes. Activities included producing marketing reports, carrying out competitive comparisons, analysis of current market positioning, and investigations into the potential benefits of adding new products to their current portfolio.

Believe it or not I have also worked as a Post 16 and High School Teacher of Business Studies and Information Technology. So spelling, communication and punctuation is all included in the service!
